Job Description

  • Simulation and forecasting to model order movement for campaigns and regular-day operations
  • Create historical understanding and trends of seller and 3PL performances to identify baseline targets. Use these as inputs in predicting the behavior and identify optimal targets.
  • Prepare post-launch analysis of forecast and continuously drive accuracy
  • Preparation of reports based on required views - platform, regional view, and seller type
  • Creation and maintenance of dashboards that are simple, easy to consume for each stakeholder
  • Ensure data cleansed and accurate dashboards - conduct routine accuracy checks including regional/ local stakeholder consultation


  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Business or it's equivalent
  • With 2-5 yrs experience in operations analytics
  • Has the ability to work under tight deadlines. Understands the importance of relevant real-time data
