University Relations Management 

Job Description

  • Build up the long-term campus relationship between Shopee, connect with outstanding students, target majors, target university.
  • Point of contact for career centers and student and diversity organizations at assigned colleges and universities.
  • Develop expertise on recruiting at assigned colleges including knowledge of various university programs, activities, important dates, conferences, college procedures, etc.  
  • Gathers intelligence on other employers recruiting on campus and develop strategies on competing effectively for the top graduates.  
  • Plans, organizes and executes all major recruiting events including presentations, receptions, club events and interviews.
  • Update and maintain student database
  • Tacks and reports final recruiting metrics

Qualifications:

  • 3 years of professional experience working within Student Recruitment or a related field.
  • Experience in head hunter and employer branding is a plus
  • Good command of Mandarin and English.
  • Exceptional professional communication skills and comfortable speaking in front of audiences
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and interface with individuals at all levels, both inside and outside the organization
