What you will do:

  • Monitor payment transactions and conduct reconciliation on payment transactions and settlements
  • Handle e-wallet chargebacks, disputes, and refund cases from merchants and customers 
  • Work with the Customer Support teams to handle merchants' and users' inquiries on payment issues
  • Manage payment channels, handle payment-related records and reports 
  • Document payment processes and FAQs and work on continuous process improvement
  • Work on UAT and develop new payment channels 
  • Act as the focal point of contact with the technical team for payment channel integrations

 

Requirements:

  • Preferable 1-2 years working experience in e-commerce, retail or fintechs 
  • Strong communication skills in email, face-to-face conversation and messenger discussion
  • Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills at all times
  • Good team player, positive attitude and eager to learn
  • Driven and motivated
  • Fluent English
