Job description

  • Become an marketing expert in social media solutions to help all sizes of sellers achieving business goals, providing solutions and recommendation and adopting both Shopee onsite and offsite solutions (intensive on affiliate marketing)
  • Provide consultation to social sellers on social marketing solutions i.e. Facebook Ads, Google Ads etc.
  • Develop strategic and tactics to drive revenue and increase marketing performance efficiency
  • Act as an internal advocate to pitch, troubleshoot, and resolve marketing solutions timely manner for sellers and Shopee collaborations
  • Work cross-functionally with other teams e.g. Key Account Management team, Marketing team, Core team within Shopee to execute scaled projects
  • Collaborate with external platform as partner to drive initiatives and identify opportunities.

 

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years working experience (in a media agency is a plus)
  • Preference for digital performance marketing background
  • Experienced working in or hand-on executing digital marketing campaigns: Facebook Ads and Google Ads (SEM, GDN, YouTube, Facebook CPAS, UTM, Shopee on-site solutions is a plus)
  • Knowledgeable on e-commerce marketing planning, executing, and optimization as well as performance metrics: ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, Conversion Rate
  • Strong analytical skill and comfortable with data spreadsheets / excel
  • Interpersonal skill with a team player and can-do attitude; able to effectively work with cross-functional teams
  • Client-facing, sales skill with a service mind; able to speak to external agency directors and navigate through agency structure/stakeholders
  • Consultative and troubleshooting skill; ability to present complex data, make solutions recommendations, and troubleshoot Shopee features
  • Ability to work under ambiguity, fast-paced environment and be the owner of one’s responsibility
