Job Description:

  • Conduct daily reconciliation of ShopeePay inbound and outbound wallet transactions
  • Ensures timely settlements and billing with third parties
  • Able to identify and resolve variances and ensure that disputes are resolved within service-level agreement (SLA)
  • Assists the Transactions Lead to ensure that business partners comply with agreed standards and SLAs 
  • Assist the lead to cross-functional checking for new features and integrations that might affect payments, and document processes related to settlements and funds flow
  • Investigate and clear queries/ variances in a timely manner, provide update and escalations of queries internally and externally, keeping stakeholders informed of any issues or difficulties
  • Identify gaps or inefficiencies to processes, and recommend improvements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher related to Finance
  • At least 2 years work experience focused on Financial Operations preferably in ecommerce, telecommunication, digital financial service or retail business
  • Problem-solving oriented, positive and constructive attitude
  • Strong analytical acumen, comfortable gathering data from various sources, generating and evaluating insights
  • Possess self-management skills: able to efficiently organizes own time, assess priorities within own area of work, and work under tight deadlines with a high level of commitment
  • Good team player, positive attitude and eager to learn
  • Experience in ecommerce payments systems is an advantage
