Job Description:

  • Support the execution of planned learning strategies and solutions
  • Build and customization training topics for various Teams
  • Facilitate the smooth delivery of Leadership training programs
  • Able to develop an e-learning module
  • Deliver in-house training programs such as Leadership training, onboarding session, 101 programs, etc
  • Keep up with the training trends, developments, and best practices
  • Support the training initiatives, communicate requirements and timelines to stakeholders
  • Coordinate existing development programs
  • Support the development of curriculum and training frameworks

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree from reputable university
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent in English
  • Min. 5 years of experience in adult education, leadership training, and coaching
  • Positive and energetic outlook, able to motivate others
  • Independent, meticulous, and with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Independent and able to multitask and work within timelines
  • Experience guiding and managing a team
