Job Description:

  • Collaborates with regional and local teams on the development and deployment of new product features for Shopee Xpress
  • Manages the launch of new or revamped product features through clear and efficient communication
  • Conducts research to identify stakeholder needs and market gaps
  • Suggests product enhancements to improve user experience
  • Prepares detailed plans to track and monitor project development and performance
  • Performs quality assurance controls on products
  • Onboards new stakeholders to the company’s product ecosystem and processes
  • Creates support and training documents for internal and external users
  • Manages a team of analysts to deliver Features needs across Shopee Xpress
  • Oversees day-to-day system operations to maintain quality control and consistent implementation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Management/Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems, Business, or equivalent
  • At least 5 years work experience with excellent project management skills
  • High proficiency in MS Office especially in MS Excel
  • Outstanding critical-thinking and interpersonal skills
  • Strong communication skills in English and Filipino
  • Capable of handling multiple tasks and work under pressure
  • Highly meticulous and detail-oriented
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Fosters a collaborative work environment
  • Knowledge in Tableau, Python, or other programming languages is a plus
  • Experience in product management is a plus
