Job Description:

  • Strategise, develop and implement campaign / category initiatives with local markets to achieve strategic program objectives (e.g. adoption, engagement, business performance)
  • Responsible for project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and evaluation 
  • Generate new ideas to scale and drive continual optimization of marketing campaigns at a regional level, tailored to local nuances
  • Collaborate with cross-functional local and regional (e.g. marketing, business development, operations) teams to ensure end-to-end implementation of initiatives
  • Conduct research on competitive landscape for key markets and identify improvement opportunities
  • Regularly track, analyse and report on program / campaign strategic and operational metrics to drive continual optimisation and improve campaign efficiency

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree 
  • 5-7 years working experiences in  areas of management consulting, online marketing, retail or FMCG marketing, or has passion in ecommerce marketing 
  • Prior experience in regional eCommerce marketing , and/or campaign management will be a bonus
  • Strong executional abilities (bias for action), project management and cross-functional stakeholder management 
  • Strong analytical (proficiency in Microsoft Excel) and logical reasoning skills
  • Strong work ethics and performance-driven.
  • Reliable and good team player who enjoys a fast-paced, iterative environment
  • Possess strong affinity for critical thinking, hands-on execution, problem-solving
