Job Description:

  • Plan and manage projects by working with local and regional teams to gather business requirements, plan project scopes, test hypothesis and measure results
  • Research sellers/buyers behaviors, pain points, and establish processes to identify appropriate indicators for new sellers initiatives and improve customer experience
  • Communicate operations Key Performance Indicators and performance to Shopee internal team and partners
  • Develop and implement operational improvement initiatives to boost seller adoption, performance and improve overall customer experience on Shopee


  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business Administration / Engineering / Economics
  • 1-2 year working experiences in related field
  • Fluent in English and Vietnamese
  • Outspoken personality and self-drive to initiate ideas
  • Logical thinking, structured thoughts, thorough and detailed
  • Strong data and analytical skills
  • Willing to work in project-based and fast-paced environment
