Job Description

  • Work with Business Development and Marketing teams to develop online merchandising and promotion plan to achieve sales targets.
  • Produce campaign mechanic / micro-site layout to optimize customer experience and maximize sales potential based on various factors i.e. analyzing and identifying best-selling SKUs (price points, models, colors or styles)
  • Work with Graphic Design Team for all material of micro-site/ landing page layout.
  • Plan for 360-degree marketing activities to drive brand awareness and sales performance
  • Analyze past campaign performance and continuously generate reports on current and future campaigns. Maintain a comprehensive library of appropriate data: Deals Tracker, Sales Data, Traffic, Conversion Rate etc.
  • Manage all activities and work with multiple stakeholders to deliver a successful campaign
  • Actively identify key areas for innovation and optimize team working processes
  • Co-ordinate Merchandise internal activities
  • Communicate with various functions to keep track and facilitate teams’ activities
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by line managers

Requirement

  • At least 1 year experience in related function, experience in E-commerce and Marketing is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, business administration, or similar.
  • High levels of creativity and details orientation
  • Data-driven, Good Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint skill
  • High sense of responsibility, be nimble, agile and able to quickly adapt to changes, work under high pressure. 
  • Good communication and organization skills to work across functional teams
  • Extensive knowledge of digital marketing/campaign strategies, channels, and branding is a plus
  • Ability in design tools (Photoshop, Ai,...) is a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese is a plus
