Job Description:

  • Work closely with a team of PM and Design recruiters and hiring teams in a fast-paced organization
  • Responsible for interview scheduling and logistics arrangement, candidate's progress tracking and status updating, recruitment related data collecting and report generating, job posting and others
  • Ensure a seamless end-to-end experience for candidates, hiring teams, and recruiters by acting as the logistics liaison
  • Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
  • Assist with coordination of recruiting events as needed
  • Organize the team bonding activities for the team
  • Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduates are welcomed
  • Good customer service orientation with a demonstrated desire to exceed expectations
  • Team player, solid work ethic, willing to pitch in where needed
  • Ability to effectively and efficiently communicate with candidates and internal partners
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
  • Ability to perform administrative activities (e.g. document management)
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
