Job Description:

  • Drive the planning and execution of new business initiatives generated through data insights, strategic planning and pro-active communication between cross-functional and regional teams
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis for new initiatives
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to influence and assist senior management team to make strategic business decisions through detail problem and data analysis
  • Design, track and optimize new business processes, performance reports established as part of the new business initiatives/project rolled-out
  • Analyse regional cross border warehouse performance and develop insights on the key driving factors for each country
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports through the consolidation and analysis of business updates and trends from discussion with regional and local teams
  • Work with internal teams (e.g. marketing, operations, logistics, products etc.) to understand existing processes and ensures all identified painpoints are tracked and resolved in a systematic approach

Requirements:

  • Good degree from recognised university 
  • At least 3 years experience in management consulting, business planning or related field
  • Strong analytical skills, structured and methodical problem solver
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Keen interest in e-commerce with an interest in numbers 
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese counterparts
