Job Description:

  • Acquisition of service point to meet expansion plans
  • Provide guidance to service point operators on SPX features during their onboarding phase and system updates
  • Maintenance of service points and update changes in operation hours, holiday setting etc for individual stores
  • Maintain internal operation standard and feedback to store owners should there be customer complaints (i.e. excessive parcel damage or loss)
  • Assist in local seller acquisition for SPX and provide guidance on system processes
  • Manage and build relationship with local sellers
  • Communicate with sellers for any feedbacks and work with operations team to enhance operation standard or product improvements

Requirements:

  • Degree holder preferably with business background
  • 1~3 years in business acquisition or business development 
  •  Fast learner, comfortable with fast-pace environment
  • Self-motivated team player who enjoys working in a team to fulfil tight deadlines 
  • Ability to deal with ambiguous situations
  • Fast learner, comfortable with fast-pace environment
  • 5 day work week: Mon - Fri; 9:30am - 6:30pm
