Job Description:

  • Assist in local seller acquisition and onboarding of service points to meet expansion plans
  • Provide training and guidance to operators on SPX features during onboarding phase and system updates
  • Maintenance and updating of service point information and settings within system
  • Maintain operation standards and feedback to service points should there be customer complaints (i.e excessive parcel damage or loss, improper operating procedure)
  • Consolidation of monthly billings and administrative tasks pertaining to service points
  • Serve as an intermediary between service point vendors and internal operations team to enhance operation standards or product improvement
  • Build and manage relationship with local service points and sellers to achieve overall SPX business objectives

Requirements:

  • Degree holder preferably with business background
  • 1 - 3 years in business development, account management, sales or related field within the e-commerce or logistics industry is a plus
  • Highly motivated, fast learner and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to deal with ambiguous situations
  • Meticulous and high attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills
