Job Description: 

  • Set targets and track all key KPIs of main Cross Border payments operations across all markets in Asia/LATAM
  • Lead and initiate discussions in terms of business planning and marketing activities for payment solutions 
  • Play a key role in managing commission/transaction charging process across all regions 
  • Develop and implement best practices/SOPs for Cross Border finance reconciliation across the markets 
  • Conduct root cause analysis with operational performance issues and build up the knowledge base 
  • Identify issues, develop hypotheses, gather and analyze data, and present findings and strategic recommendations to facilitate senior leadership decision making
  • Understand the current systems’ capabilities and limitations, initiate and spearheading internal projects to optimize existing practices/processes/systems

Requirements:

  • Good degree from recognized university
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese counterparts
  • Minimum 5 years working experience, consulting experiences will be advantageous
  • Strong ability to manage and groom a young and dynamic team
  • Possess strong analytical skill and sensitivity to data
  • Strong ability to execute, deal with uncertainty, learn fast and manage projects from end to end
  • Strong communications skills and stakeholder management
