Job Description: 

  • Lead and initiate discussions in terms of business planning and marketing activities for payment solutions
  • Develop and implement best practices/SOPs for Cross Border finance reconciliation and listing management across the markets
  • Conduct audits on payables and receivables to ensure accurate and timely settlement
  • Play a key role in managing commission/transaction charging process across all regions
  • Manage projects on listings and seller fulfilment 
  • Understand the current systems’ capabilities and limitations, continuous improvement for systems and processes
  • Work closely with global and country teams, across product, BI, BD and marketing teams
  • Coach and guide team members


  • At least 5 years’ experience in high growth start-ups, tech companies, or consulting
  • Strong relationship skills to manage internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills to identify and prioritize process automation opportunities and replicate the same across all regions
  • Analytical, data-driven and detail oriented
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Chinese language for communication with Chinese counterparts
