Job Description:
• Perform daily reconciliations and sample testing of transactions to ensure the department meets its financial and operational objectives
• Identify and follow up on issues or anomalies in tests conducted
• Perform detailed documentation of the above activities for record keeping purposes
• Provide feedback to and work with regional markets / departments to improve overall operations efficiency
• Play an active role in the maintenance and review local operations ensuring compliance against standard operating procedures
• Manage day-to-day office administration and operations
• Adapt and react quickly to changing needs and business decisions
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma in Accounting / Business discipline is preferred
• Prior knowledge of internal controls/ compliance is a plus
• Open and willing to learn new things
• Data-driven, detail oriented with good organisation and time keeping skills
• Willing to work on repetitive work with good quality and meet strict deadlines
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
