- Planning and conduct training sessions for Shopee Ads and other Shopee Product Features
- Manage internal and external queries related to topic of training;
- Work closely with functional teams to develop training decks for Internal employee and sellers or buyers whilst keeping up to date with Shopee's policies and latest developments;
- Able to effectively describe complicated ideas to learners whilst keeping them engaged;
- Take ownership of local initiatives, communicate requirements and timelines to stakeholders;
- Plan and implement training projects/ initiatives related to Shopee Ads and Shopee Product Features in a structured and time efficient manner;
- Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on them.
- Collect feedback from learners and escalate to functional team for improvement
- Relevant experience in corporate training/ performance marketing/ IT product training/ change management is preferred;
- Strong presentation, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills;
- Corporate sales/ Performance marketing background is preferred;
- Highly independent, excellent time management and organisational skills;
- Strong business acumen, able to generate insights and work with tight deadlines;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
- Good team player, positive attitude and eager to learn;
- Well versed in English.
