Job Description:
- Drives KOL content initiatives across the region
- Keep up with industry trends, identify best practices and scalable KOL initiatives across platforms and content types for the region
- Guide the implementation of regional influencer campaigns
- Work closely with local markets to track KOL campaigns performance and learnings
- Drives Co-branded and seasonal content initiatives:
- Brainstorm and drive social media initiatives with local markets to drive engagement and campaign awareness, including in-app games and seasonal content.
- Collaborate with other Regional Marketing functions to drive co-branded initiatives with brands
- Evaluate impact of initiatives and make strategic recommendations for improvements or filling gaps
Requirements:
- At least 3 years relevant experience preferred
- Good regional knowledge of influencer industry trends, profiles, motivators, performance benchmarks
- General understanding of video content and best practices
- Adept in social media content strategy and ideation
- Has passion for e-commerce industry
- Proficient in Excel, Powerpoint (or Google Suite equivalent)
- Strong creativity and written communication skills
- Able to work independently, with ability to multi-task
- Good team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
