Job Descriptions:

  • Manage and track budgets and resources to assure efforts are in compliance with project/study guidelines
  • Assist with coordination of all reports and research requests
  • Ensure specifications and source documentation are obtained for all studies from internal and external
  • Schedule, coordinate, and conduct training sessions about project/study
  • Develop, design and coordinate production and assist with the distribution of marketing materials for studies
  • Coordinate meetings, phone conferences, minutes and presentations for multiple projects/studies
  • Coordinate project documentation such as contracts, brief, proposals...
  • Serve as liaison with internal departments and external entities

Requirements:

  • BA / BS/ Bachelor’s Degree
  • At least 2 years in Market Research or related services in FMCG/ Service Industry (Insights team)
  • Basic knowledge of statistics
  • Intermediate level knowledge of research techniques and methodologies
  • Effective project management skills
  • Working knowledge of common Microsoft Office applications
