Job Descriptions:
- Manage and track budgets and resources to assure efforts are in compliance with project/study guidelines
- Assist with coordination of all reports and research requests
- Ensure specifications and source documentation are obtained for all studies from internal and external
- Schedule, coordinate, and conduct training sessions about project/study
- Develop, design and coordinate production and assist with the distribution of marketing materials for studies
- Coordinate meetings, phone conferences, minutes and presentations for multiple projects/studies
- Coordinate project documentation such as contracts, brief, proposals...
- Serve as liaison with internal departments and external entities
Requirements:
- BA / BS/ Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 2 years in Market Research or related services in FMCG/ Service Industry (Insights team)
- Basic knowledge of statistics
- Intermediate level knowledge of research techniques and methodologies
- Effective project management skills
- Working knowledge of common Microsoft Office applications
