Job Description

  • End to end coordination of learning & development programs (from pre to post training stage)
  • Working with Regional L&D team to plan and localise programs that will contribute to a greater learning culture
  • Working closely with Managers/ Learning Partners to identify areas of improvement and training required
  • Develop and implement strategies for competency-based and soft skills training  (Communication, Motivation, Giving Feedback, Coaching, Self-Development, Self-Confidence, Leadership, Onboarding, Execution, Problem Solving, etc) 
  • Being creative in training approach and best practices with an emphasis on activity based learning
  • Conduct instructional research and analysis on learners and contexts to state instructional end goals 
  • Design and develop content using digital learning technologies
  • Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, infographics, games, etc) and develop assessment instruments   
  • Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on them;
  • Improving training effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques



  • Bilingual in English and Portuguese
  • At least 3 years of facilitating in-company training
  • Facilitation and presentation impact with ability to capture attention and influence audiences
  • Knowledge of learning theories, instructional design models, course development softwares such as Articulate Storyline and PowerPoint
  • Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio scripts/video scripts
  • Experience in Leadership development initiatives
  • Highly detail-oriented and organised, and is an efficient multi-tasker
  • Structured thinking and creative, able to evaluate problems and come up with effective solutions
