Job Description:

  • Conceptualise, lead and drive people strategy in a high growth organization
  • Evaluate policies, processes and initiatives to ensure alignment with business strategy
  • Work with regional and local people teams to identify issues, design and deliver targeted interventions/ solutions
  • Manage HR Operations functions such as Recruitment, Payroll, Benefits, Training, etc
  • Develop key people metrics and reports to keep management abreast of people developments and issues
  • Be a trusted advisor to coach, provide expertise and strategic insights in people related matters
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of industry trends and legislations to ensure compliance

Requirements:

  • At least 7 years of relevant experience, with track record of driving and supporting high growth organization
  • Good knowledge of Philippine labour laws and regulations
  • Possess commercial acumen and foresight to anticipate organization needs
  • Thrive in dynamic and fast paced environment with changing circumstances
  • Strong stakeholder and team management experience
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Ability to prioritise, multi-task and drive results through teams
  • Strong analytical skills, hands on and pragmatic problem-solver
  • Open to travel between Laguna and BGC offices as necessary
