Job Description:

  • Efficiently gather user requirements and produce user provisions of data requirements and reports, including data gaps and specifications
  • Effectively manage stakeholders’ business needs and priorities, concerns and objectives
  • Successfully drive the end-to-end reporting generation process as a product owner of the reporting platform 
  • Convey user requirements to, and work jointly with the System Developers and Quality Assurance teams on reporting projects 
  • Conduct user acceptance testing and review processes for the systems, ensuring that the reports generated are accurate, timely, and in line with statutory and regulatory standards
  • Proactively trace progress status and provide prompt updates of progresses in projects


  • Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably with a major in Computer or Information Systems 
  • At least 2 years of prior relevant experience in Business Analysis in the banking industry
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  • Solid experience in dealing with MAS regulatory reporting
  • Good understanding in reporting system solutions and designs
  • Strong knowledge of SQL tools and familiarity with banking products
  • Proficient in English and one other SEA language to collaborate with internal stakeholders from across the region
