Job Description:
- Consolidate documentary requirements for hub / company permits
- Oversee actual submission of permit applications to various government offices
- Support the local operations teams in permitting application process
- Clarify permit requirements directly with government offices, and share these findings to Institutions and CSR team and Legal department
- Facilitate coordination with Legal for permitting requirements
- Represent the company in various interfaces with external stakeholders
- Assist in local community engagement activities by hubs
- Track and monitor materials procured and used during local community engagement activities
Requirements:
- Graduate of Public Administration, Political Science, Sociology, Community Development, Social Work, Customs Management or related courses
- Two years work experience in permitting, business licensing, government liaising, and regulatory affairs
- Possess institutional knowledge in processing business permit applications. Experience in obtaining permits for warehouses is a solid advantage
- Knows how to handle risks related to business permit violations and penalties
- Familiar with national and local laws, and agency issuances relevant to business permits and BIR registrations
- Willing to do local travel and visit government offices
- Skills required: contract negotiations and management, comprehension, proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Word and Excel
- Must be fluent in local dialects (i.e. Bisaya, Ilonggo, Cebuano, etc)
- Highly organized with keen attention to detail
