Job Description:

  • Organize requirements for hub / company permits
  • Conduct actual submission of permit applications in government offices
  • Clarify permit requirements directly with government offices, and share these findings to the team and Legal department
  • Facilitate coordination with Legal for permitting requirements
  • Assist in local community engagement activities by hubs
  • Track and monitor materials procured and used during local community engagement activities

Requirements:

  • Graduate of Public Administration, Political Science, Sociology, Community Development, Social Work, Customs Management or related courses
  • 2 years work experience in permitting, business licensing, government liaising, and regulatory affairs
  • Must be fluent in local dialects (i.e. Bisaya, Ilonggo, Cebuano, etc)
  • Willing to do local travel and visit government offices
  • Skills required: contract negotiations and management, data analysis, proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Word and Excel
  • Highly organized with keen attention to detail
