Responsibilities:
  • Stay up to date with campus activities and academic calendar
  • Update list of good talents through LinkedIn and referrals
  • Work closely with Employer Branding on community and university outreach and strategize engagement programs - Competitive intelligence (program selection process, benefits)
Requirements:
  • Have experience in campus hiring
  • Demonstrated strong project experience in finding top talent and generate healthy pipelines of high-quality candidates (local and overseas)
  • Excellent communication in English, both written and oral
  • Passionate about hosting events and networking session
  • Able to perform under pressure
  • Good team player, positive attitude, motivated and eager to learn
  • Have a skill in design tools (Photoshop, etc) will be a plus
