Job Responsibilities:

  • Closely partner with our Senior Management/Leaders and corresponding HRBP team to determine the current and future mid to senior-level hiring needs in the Technology space
  • Attract and identify candidates via robust sourcing strategies to build a healthy pipeline of top-notch senior tech talent. Screen and assess prospective candidates
  • Develop and foster high-touch relationships with qualified and passive candidates
  • Conduct comprehensive talent mapping on target organisations to gain insight on organisational structure and to identify key targeted talents within those structures
  • Effectively identify and partner with external recruitment agencies on targeted external searches 
  • Deliver and negotiate offers (compensation, benefits, relocation, etc.) and to uphold strict confidentiality on sensitive information
  • Continually contribute to the knowledge base of the recruiting team. Serve as a talent advocate across the organization, bringing in essential and up-to-date competitor knowledge information and data of external tech talent demographics

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree and above with at least 3~5 years of relevant experience in recruitment industry, either in-house or agency
  • Strong passion for Technology and unearthing top-notch passive candidates. Sustained track record of success in recruiting mid to senior-level professional or executives in Technology
  • Strong market knowledge of our competitive landscape for Tech talent across the globe 
  • Able to work independently as well as an accountable team member
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to demonstrate a high level of verbal and written English and another Asian language
  • Result-oriented and self-assured, able to think on your feet; this individual may be called upon to work on highly confidential searches with senior leaders
  • Proven track of success in strong relationship management with senior hiring managers and key stakeholders
  • Good time management skills, able to multitask recruitment initiatives using analytical and conceptual problem-solving skills
