Guide new hires to complete pre-employment requirements prior to onboarding
Coordinate with healthcare vendor for pre-employment medical check-up scheduling and endorsement log of new hires
Manage new hires’ 201 files and maintain confidentiality of personal information
Work with the bank for new hires’ payroll account enrollment
Engage with other departments to facilitate onboarding, including but not limited to coordinating onboarding presentations, preparing onboarding kits and assets
Any other related tasks as assigned by superior
Assist HRBPs in triggering the offboarding administrative processes
Assist leavers with exit clearance completion and provide guidance on the overall exit process
Endorse leavers’ information to the Payroll Team for final pay processing
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher in human resources management or related field
1-3 years of experience in people operations (specifically onboarding and offboarding)
Excellent understanding of onboarding and onboarding processes (prior experience in e-commerce will be advantageous)
Organized, able to work in fast-paced and dynamic environment
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
