Job Description:

  • Guide new hires to complete pre-employment requirements prior to onboarding
  • Coordinate with healthcare vendor for pre-employment medical check-up scheduling and endorsement log of new hires
  • Manage new hires’ 201 files and maintain confidentiality of personal information
  • Work with the bank for new hires’ payroll account enrollment 
  • Engage with other departments to facilitate onboarding, including but not limited to coordinating onboarding presentations, preparing onboarding kits and assets
  • Any other related tasks as assigned by superior
  • Assist HRBPs in triggering the offboarding administrative processes
  • Assist leavers with exit clearance completion and provide guidance on the overall exit process
  • Endorse leavers’ information to the Payroll Team for final pay processing

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in human resources management or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in people operations (specifically onboarding and offboarding)
  • Excellent understanding of onboarding and onboarding processes (prior experience in e-commerce will be advantageous)
  • Organized, able to work in fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills  
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
  • Good time-management skills
