Job Description:
- Responsible for the management of the entire inbound team. Including fresh deliveries and failed deliveries
- Manage and monitor the performance of the team members
- Ensure all supplier deliveries are received, checked, processed and put away within agreed SLA.
- Maintain Dock to Stock lead time of 48hrs even at max inbound volume
- Provide weekly reports to Warehouse management
- Overall management of inbound CPO and maintains specific cost within target
- Produce internal performance reporting in order that throughput, quality and trends can be monitored and assessed.
- Coordinates with stakeholders: Sourcing team, vendor operations, inventory management, CI
- Escalate issues to senior management within an appropriate time frame.
- Ensures 100% accuracy of system information and delivery receipts
- Improves inbound processes, implement SOPs and proposes system enhancements to make Shopee inbound operations best-in-class
- Improve team dynamics and overall operations that are sustainable and strategic
Requirements:
- Experienced in team management (2 to 3 year experience)
- Have experience in managing warehouse operations
- Analytical and have high business understanding
- Excellent communication skills
- High level of leadership skills and able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Critical thinker and able to provide detailed analysis, trend, identification of root causes, and ability to propose strong and corrective solutions
- Willing to work at Plaridel, Bulacan Central Luzon
