Job Description:

  • Responsible for the management of the entire inbound team. Including fresh deliveries and failed deliveries
  • Manage and monitor the performance of the team members
  • Ensure all supplier deliveries are received, checked, processed and put away within agreed SLA.
  • Maintain Dock to Stock lead time of 48hrs even at max inbound volume
  • Provide weekly reports to Warehouse management 
  • Overall management of inbound CPO and maintains specific cost within target
  • Produce internal performance reporting in order that throughput, quality and trends can be monitored and assessed.
  • Coordinates with stakeholders: Sourcing team, vendor operations, inventory management, CI
  • Escalate issues to senior management within an appropriate time frame.
  • Ensures 100% accuracy of system information and delivery receipts
  • Improves inbound processes, implement SOPs and proposes system enhancements to make Shopee inbound operations best-in-class
  • Improve team dynamics and overall operations that are sustainable and strategic

Requirements:

  • Experienced in team management (2 to 3 year experience)
  • Have experience in managing warehouse operations
  • Analytical and have high business understanding
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High level of leadership skills and able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
  • Critical thinker and able to provide detailed analysis, trend, identification of root causes, and ability to propose strong and corrective solutions
  • Willing to work at Plaridel, Bulacan Central Luzon
