Job Description:

  • Lead and manage Livestream Operations team in delivering high quality deliverables through effective management of day to day operations
  • Analyse existing workflows for change management, optimisation and automation
  • Utilise various data pools and metrics in daily operations and provide real-time insights, escalation with proposed solutions to key stakeholders
  • Review function’s overall resources on a regular basis, workforce planning and ensure optimum manpower is available to support existing and ad-hoc business needs
  • Responsible for team members’ developmental needs, including but not limited to coaching, direction setting and performance monitoring

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree with minimum 5 years of total work experience in e-commerce / technology-related field, 2 years in people management
  • Possess a business owner mindset with meticulous attention to details
  • Ability to coordinate, prioritize, organize change and communication effectively in tight deadlines
  • Excellent communicators (written/verbal/presentation) with ability to build rapport, negotiate and coordinate independently with stakeholders
  • Ability to translate complex ideas and information into simplified Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and self-service knowledge content
  • Structured thought process with a great sense of urgency
  • Experience in live streaming field is a plus
