Job Description

  • In charge of topline plans, goal-setting, and overall strategies of their marketing function
  • Leads, manages, and inspires all marketing function members to perform well, following the Shopee standard and values at all times
  • Takes command responsibility for the performance and development of all marketing function members, and the achievement of all marketing function KPIs and targets
  • Regularly reviews and clears reports for upper management
  • End to end understanding of the business, from high-level strategy to operations
  • Drives continual optimization of their marketing function and the team
  • Collaborates and coordinates across multiple teams including Social Media, Offline Marketing, Business Development, Design, and Operations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree graduate. Background in communications/marketing is preferred
  • At least 10 years of work experience, including people management experience
  • Adept at simultaneous macro and micro management
  • Prior experience in eCommerce marketing and/or campaign management will be a bonus
  • Excellent communication skills and command of the English language (written and spoken)
  • Works swiftly, able to pivot quickly with changes in upper management direction, and meets all deadlines 
  • Displays ownership over one’s work, successes, and mistakes
  • Accountable and responsible for all deliverables
  • Honest, transparent, and has integrity in all aspects of work
  • Emotionally intelligent and with good interpersonal skills
