Job Description:                                                           
  • Coordinating with hiring managers for manpower & hiring requirements
  • Recruiting for Warehouse operations, including sourcing, screening & interview scheduling for candidates
  • Organizing & collaborating with internal & external stakeholders to hold recruitment drives
  • Liaising with external vendors / Government agencies to support recruitment needs
  • Update weekly Warehouse headcount report
  • Support other HR initiative and projects as assigned
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of recruitment experience in a logistic & supply chain industry
  • Familiar with common recruitment channels used for hiring blue collar workers
  • Proven track record in managing high volume recruitment within a short deadline
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Google products (e.g. Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Forms etc)
