Job Description:

  • Work closely with senior stakeholders across the regional markets to solve complex organizational challenges through people related solutions
  • Deep dive into current and future business needs, identify the problem, develop well thought-out plans and drive implementation to ensure both short and long-term improvements in team’s objectives, productivity and development
  • Provide expertise to strategize and drive key people changes in one of the following areas: Recruitment, Talent Development, HR Operations, Performance and Rewards
  • Influence and guide stakeholders across the organization to manage complex initiatives to deliver best-in-class programs

Requirements:

  • At least 6 to 8 years of HR or management consulting experience, with a specialization in one of the domain practices - Recruitment, Talent Development, HR Operations, Performance and Rewards
  • Good university degree
  • Passion for people, organizational, and cultural transformation
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills: Quickly evaluates situations, combines strong business judgement and people intuition to reach well-founded decisions
  • Effective project management and consulting skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for effective communication to senior stakeholders, colleagues and others
  • Strong understanding of regional talent markets is a plus
  • Experience in working for large technology companies is a plus
