Job Description:
- Collaborating with local People teams on various mobility logistics including but not limited to visa, flights and relocation assistance
- Working alongside local People teams to understand, document processes and share best practices
- Explain and answer queries from employees on mobility policies
- Evaluating the efficiency of mobility programs from both logistics and execution perspectives, proposing solutions for mobility within the organisation
- Work collaboratively with leaders and other departments
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree from reputable university
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
- Experience in handling mobility is a plus
- Detail-oriented, well-organised and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast- paced, dynamic environment
- Fast learner with excellent planning, time management and organizational skills to meet strict deadlines
- Team player and resourceful with a positive can-do attitude
- Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
