Job Description:

  • Collaborating with local People teams on various mobility logistics including but not limited to visa, flights and relocation assistance
  • Working alongside local People teams to understand, document processes and share best practices
  • Explain and answer queries from employees on mobility policies
  • Evaluating the efficiency of mobility programs from both logistics and execution perspectives, proposing solutions for mobility within the organisation
  • Work collaboratively with leaders and other departments

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree from reputable university
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Experience in handling mobility is a plus
  • Detail-oriented, well-organised and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast- paced, dynamic environment
  • Fast learner with excellent planning, time management and organizational skills to meet strict deadlines
  • Team player and resourceful with a positive can-do attitude
  • Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
