Job Description:

  • Monitor, analyze and propose improvements to fraud detection processes and prevention policies Initiate the design and development of new tool, technique, and process to detect/prevent behavior impacting trust of Shopee platform;
  • Drive efficiency, quality and standardization in local ops teams' processes;
  • Continuously scan/ monitor for new fraud trends and behavior;
  • Streamline and standardize SOP for relevancy and currency in face of evolving trends.

Requirements:

  • Preferred background in business administration/business development/psychology/finance/ banking;
  • Highly analytical, data-driven and detail oriented;
  • Good at communication, negotiation and problem solving;
  • Able to independently lead and drive projects, including managing various stakeholders;
  • Demonstrated ability to learn fast, handle multiple tasks, to prioritize those tasks and meet deadline;
  • Good knowledge of Python and/or SQL is a plus;
  • Experience with risk management/ fraud is a plus.
