Job Requirements

  1. Create, integrate, design and translates various communications materials needed in cascading to different audiences and stakeholders of Shopee Philippines
  2. Work closely with Operation/BD/Marketing teams to prioritize and translate business information needs via WeChat 
  3. Design collaborations for WeChat content which are related to knowledge management, enforce education strategy 
  4. Partner with sellers to address operational issues and handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and follow up to ensure resolution
  5. Identify Chinese seller needs to build up positive engagement via WeChat
  6. Manage incoming and outgoing message from WeChat 



  1. At least 2 years of experience in eCommerce industry or customer support team 
  2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin)
  3. Highly organized and has strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn
  4. Good team player with positive attitude and eagerness to learn
  5. Excellent knowledge in WeChat and Microsoft Office tools
