Job Description
  • Overall responsible for the daily specialty team operation and project P&L
  • Ensure compliance to SLA committed to sellers and internal stakeholders
  • Responsible to sorting members productivity
  • Ensure proper documentation of operation discrepancies
  • Responsible to lead processes improvement

 

Requirement:

  • Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Process Engineering or relevant disciplines
  • Flexible and adaptable to changes to work environment
  • Experience in leading operational team
  • Engage in discussions with various internal and external stakeholders
  • Prior experience in last mile operations is preferred
  • Able to work in the East of Singapore
