Job Description:

  • Consolidate system problems/suggestions and raise to Regional to optimize features and app performance.
  • Implement data analysis to quantify the business impact.
  • Oversee the process of issue escalation and prioritizes issue resolution.
  • Contribute to team planning and formulation of procedures.


  • 3 years of working experience, with the team leading and coordinating experience.
  • Ability to communicate appropriately to relevant stakeholder.
  • Ability to speak and write in English fluently.
  • Capability of conducting the data analysis.
  • Knowledge of Payment & Finance (Plus)
