- Plan, inspect and monitor end-to-end fraud detection processes to ensure that all fraud detection meets the quality standards of Shopee’s policies.
- Perform routine audits for fraud-checking processes and implement improvement plans in real-time to achieve operational targets.
- Audit fraud-checking process for making sure that all team members are in line with the company’s policy
- Assist management to identify the training needs and develop training plans for agents both new hire and existing staff.
- Work with Fraud regional team to deliver QA result on a monthly basis
- Complete ad-hoc tasks as requested by the department's management.

- Bachelor's degree or higher in related flied
- QA background or relevant work experience would be an advantage.
- Preferred with at least 1-year work experience
- Good command of both English and Thai communication skills (writing & speaking)
- Fast learner, team player, pro-active person and able to work under pressure with tighten timeline
- The ability to independently prioritize work and to adapt quickly to changing business needs
- Strong analytical skills; attention to detail/thoroughness with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Positive and can-do attitude with strong team orientation
- Knowledge of SQL is a plus
