Job Description

  • Take ownership of the end-to-end talent recruitment process that involves requirements understanding, talent pool defining, sourcing, screening and selection of right senior talents.

  • Maintain and build close partnerships with business stakeholders and leaders to build and support talent acquisition plans; understand deeply about why we are hiring, who we are hiring for, how we are going to hire, and provide expertise and assistance to stakeholders for recruitment-related issues.

  • Manage a lean team of recruiters, prioritize and close talent searches.

  • Create, build, and maintain robust networks of potential passive talent candidates to fill future anticipated and planned roles.

  • Conceptualise, drive and evaluate talent recruitment-related initiatives that will contribute to the long-term growth of the team, including candidate engagement/CRM, ongoing process design and standards optimization to deliver the best results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree from reputable university with min. 6 years of relevant work experience

  • Experience in conducting competency-based assessments and interviewing candidates comprehensively

  • Well-versed and updated on global talent market

  • Experience in regional roles and/or working with senior stakeholders is a plus

  • Self-starter with independent decision-making abilities and strong sense of responsibility

  • Strong project management, execution and effective communication skills, and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Team player and resourceful with a positive can-do attitude
