Job Description

  • Lead training and data architecture of seller performance dashboards
  • In depth policy understanding to ensure relevance and accuracy of data
  • Close coordination with stakeholders who are handling the processes
  • Recommend segments/ seller list to target for initiatives (initial diagnosis)
  • Forecasting and trend spotting
  • Prepare booking and pick up, seller KPI and penalty reports for weekly alignment
  • Identify seller list that the team should focus on improving operationally
  • Lead creation of granular views i.e. seller, order, area, 3PL, time scope
  • Lead team in creating report trackers for campaign prioritization and execution strategies
  • Prepare post campaign-performance assessment of sellers based on KPIs and order movement
  • Understand the factors that impacts seller performance and behavior
  • Create historical understanding and trends to identify baseline targets. Use these as inputs in predicting the behavior and identify optimal targets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Management Engineering or it's equivalent
  • With 5-7 yrs experience in operations analytics
  • Has the ability to work under tight deadlines. Understands the importance of relevant real-time data
  • Has experience developing architecture data dashboards (i.e. data studio)
  • A structured thought process and strong analytical ability. Can balance empirical data with sense check and "gut feel"
  • With 3+ yrs team management experience
  • Preference for SQL, python knowledge
  • Experience in e-commerce is preferred but not a requirement
