Job Description:
- Work to drive business initiatives for Shopee seller management across seven regions
- Act as an advisor and thought partner for local team in driving specific initiative, including managing the tracking and reporting of the initiative
- Conducted analysis on best practices across the region, formulating and testing hypothesis, developing, and communicating recommendations
- Working together with other regional teams and co-create solution for local teams
- Prepare communication materials for senior management, local offices within the region and external parties as required
Requirements:
- Good degree from recognized university
- Minimally 3 years of experience is required
- Consulting experience will be an advantage
- Proficient in excel analysis/modelling and power point
- Strong communication skills - verbal and written
- Responsible, independent and a good team player
- Able to work well in a fast-paced environment
