Take an active role in data analysis and interpretation, ensure a high level of accuracy, timeliness, and usefulness of the data presented
In charge of developing seller acquisition reports
Prepare and present reports on business performance, including but not limited to post-mortem analysis on initiatives and day-to-day performance tracking
Provides actionable recommendations based on data-driven insights with the clear objective of improving business performance
Dashboard creation
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Business Development, Business Intelligence, etc. to implement acquisition initiatives
Help plan and implement other seller acquisition activities and conduct market research
Requirements:
With at least 4 years of experience in a technical field and holds a bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Statistics, or similar relevant field
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Google suite
Highly analytical, adept with numbers, strong critical thinker that exhibits high attention to detail
Demonstrable strategic thinking abilities and is a problem-solver
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present solutions to multiple audiences and navigate various levels of stakeholders
Strong team player and a capable individual contributor
Resourceful, able to adapt to various situations, and teachable
