RETAIL PLANNING

Job Description:

  • Manage inventory and replenishment based on campaigns, market trends and demand patterns, all in support of the development and growth of SBS, the company’s warehousing and fulfilment services
  • Conduct regular forecasts and coordinate with cross-functional teams
  • Monitor and report any deviations from the forecast, identify sources of discrepancy, then propose and implement data-driven solutions to improve forecast accuracy
  • Plan, schedule and implement proper replenishment to ensure optimal inventory levels and achieve target sales and profits
  • Coordinate with our suppliers and our distribution centers for timely replenishment of products and their delivery
  • Manage and foster a good working relationship with suppliers/ vendors
  • Address inventory and demand issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Implement industry best practices

Requirements:

  • Possesses Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Engineering or any relevant study
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in FMCG/ Electronics demand planning and forecasting role
  • At least 1 year of e-commerce, FMCG or retail background is preferred
  • Strong analytical and execution skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot, index-match, etc.) and Microsoft PowerPoint 
  • Amenable to work in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig 
  • Flexible to work long hours on occasion
