Job Description:
- Track metrics, analyze vendor performance to identify irregularities, and take proactive action
- Work with 3PL vendors to track agreed improvement action plans and initiatives in order to meet performance targets and overall strategic goals
- Ensure vendor service levels meet contractual targets and develop necessary countermeasures including defining penalties or developing action plans
- Proactively develop forecasts for campaigns and contingency plans to manage crises
- Troubleshoot 3PL logistics-related issues and liaise with the technical team in resolving them
- Support periodic negotiation of rates and contracts
- Work closely with all sub-divisions of Operations Teams for all operations related to Logistics
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Logistics or Distribution or in a 3PL
- Experience in vendor performance or supplier quality is a plus
- High energy, self-motivation and ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment
- Strong analytical, critical thinking and excellent problem solving skills
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (SQL is a plus)
- Results driven & customer focused attitude
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English is a plus
