Job Description:
- Handle customers' requests, complaints relating to transport services.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information using the right methods/tools
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- To assist Team Leader to monitor real-time performance and initiate appropriate actions
- Meet Key Performance Indicators such as average handling time, email/chat response rate, customer satisfaction score, etc.
- Communicate effectively by providing accurate information to Shopee users and external partners
- Take on ad-hoc projects/assignments
Requirements:
- Good team player, positive attitude, and eager to learn.
- Strong computer skills, especially Excel
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Willing to accommodate shifting schedule
- Experiences in Customer Service or Call Center is an advantage.
