Job Description:

  • Handle customers' requests, complaints relating to transport services.
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information using the right methods/tools
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • To assist Team Leader to monitor real-time performance and initiate appropriate actions
  • Meet Key Performance Indicators such as average handling time, email/chat response rate, customer satisfaction score, etc.
  • Communicate effectively by providing accurate information to Shopee users and external partners
  • Take on ad-hoc projects/assignments


  • Good team player, positive attitude, and eager to learn.
  • Strong computer skills, especially Excel
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Willing to accommodate shifting schedule
  • Experiences in Customer Service or Call Center is an advantage.
