- Support daily operation of sellers currently selling on Shopee using Shopee Express.
- Coordinate with Operation teams to identify the issues & improve the processes to ensure the timely and successful delivery of Shopee Express solutions.
- Design an operations improvement plan for sellers belonging to categories in charge.
- Consult with sellers on operation improvement, including education, process optimization, and system synchronization, via multiple channels (calls, casual communication apps, direct face to face visit, etc.)
- Execute such plan and reporting to team lead regarding improvement observed or bottlenecks faced during execution.
- Brainstorm with the team leader to solve operation related issues and improve the processes.
- Assist team leader in other tasks assigned.
- Preferred background in business administration/ supply chains
- Good knowledge in delivery service
- Have a good sense of process understanding and workflow optimization
- Good at communication, negotiation and problem-solving
- Work independently and proactively take on new responsibilities where most needed
- Good at data analysis skills and Microsoft Excel is a big plus
- Desire to learn and desire to understand how the world works
