Job Description:

  • Support daily operation of sellers currently selling on Shopee using Shopee Express.
  • Coordinate with Operation teams to identify the issues & improve the processes to ensure the timely and successful delivery of Shopee Express solutions.
  • Design an operations improvement plan for sellers belonging to categories in charge.
  • Consult with sellers on operation improvement, including education, process optimization, and system synchronization, via multiple channels (calls, casual communication apps, direct face to face visit, etc.)
  • Execute such plan and reporting to team lead regarding improvement observed or bottlenecks faced during execution.
  • Brainstorm with the team leader to solve operation related issues and improve the processes.
  • Assist team leader in other tasks assigned.

Requirements: 

  • Preferred background in business administration/ supply chains
  • Good knowledge in delivery service
  • Have a good sense of process understanding and workflow optimization
  • Good at communication, negotiation and problem-solving
  • Work independently and proactively take on new responsibilities where most needed
  • Good at data analysis skills and Microsoft Excel is a big plus
  • Desire to learn and desire to understand how the world works
