Job Description:

  • Plan the work for each individual in the team
  • Lead the property survey, contracting process, and set up team to work together effectively
  • Communicate to management on property finding requirements / progress
  • Coordinate with procurement team on the travel requirement
  • Negotiate with property agents and lessor on the rental rate and ask for management approval on the deal
  • Ensure that property rental rate is below the cost target

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business management is preferred
  • Experience in project management 3-6 years is preferred
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong ownership of projects
  • Good team player, positive attitude and eager to learn
