Job Description:

  • Identify opportunities and collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure overall business objectives and growth attainment
  • Lead new business initiatives and improve existing business operations and processes
  • Provide consultation to merchants and partners in operating with Shopee Xpress
  • Maintain good relationship with key accounts and merchants to understand product and process improvement needs
  • Provide timely feedback to operations and product team to come up with solutions
  • Maintain and update education and training materials to ensure that sellers comply to operating standards

Requirements:

  • A recognized degree and strong academic record
  • 1 – 3 years in business development, account management, sales or related field within the e-commerce or logistics industry is preferred
  • Astute communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to drive and manage end-to-end business and sales process
  • Ability to build and maintain rapport with key accounts
