Job Description:

  • Oversee the entire Shopee International Platform (SIP)’s functions, including pricing, migration, logistics and order management
  • Analyse and centralise requests from all of team members, verifying the impact on business and set priority
  • Express requests well to stakeholders and persuade them to support team’s needs
  • Check new features and projects from other teams on SIP, evaluating the impact and making plans to prevent any potential risks
  • Align with the corresponding product management team (e.g. search, recommendation, payment, etc) to enhance features 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related technical field with system knowledge is preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in English and (optional) Mandarin to facilitate cross border collaborations and discussions with stakeholders across the region
  • At least 1 year project management experience is preferred
  • Proven ability to handle complex system requests with right priorities
  • Effectively communicate complex business/technical information with different audiences verbally or in writing
  • Adaptable, open-minded, and comfortable to work in a dynamic environment
