Job Description:

  • Ensure clear communications on internal and external, local and regional policies to the Korea team for timely adoption
  • Appeal for any exceptional cases or interest conflict function from Korea team
  • Develop new practices and policies for Korea Cross Border sellers and raise any implications or suggestions to Regional teams in the areas of fulfillment, customer service, listing quality and government regulations
  • Analyze and monitor operational KPIs across the market
  • Conduct root cause analysis on operational performance issues as well as to build up the necessary knowledge base for the team
  • Provide feedback to and coordinate with other departments to improve overall operations efficiency

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business, Engineering or relevant disciplines
  • 3+ years of working experience • Analytical, data-driven and detail oriented
  • Ability to communicate concepts and ideas to different stakeholders (written, verbal)
  • Process & system management skills and has good ability to write in documentation
  • Ability to independently lead projects and engage discussions with various internal & external stakeholders
  • Self-motivated, proactive in learning and able to work under pressure.
  • Experience in Excel is a must, VBA and SQL are a plus
  • Enthusiasm for Southeast Asia and e-commerce
