Job Description:

  • Works in collaboration with the PMO/ Product team to assure new tools and evaluation methods are being identified and incorporated to improve processes associated with standard deployment
  • Provide and proactively evaluate processes cross functions (Operations, Business Development, Marketing, Finance etc.) for simplification and robustness
  • Continuously improved and maintained business processes in compliance with regulations and consistent with industry
  • Project support for new business initiatives


  • Holds a Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in supply chain/ business/ logistics
  • At least 1 years’ experience in e-commerce/ supply chain/ business/ logistics
  • Language proficiency in English is required
  • Analysis skill, MS Office and MySQL is a MUST
  • Strong business acumen and ability to build consensus with all business partners
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Result driven & customer-centric attitude
