Job Description:
  • Ownership of Seller Operations & Customer Experience Initiatives
  • Conduct industry analysis into policies, tools and initiatives to identify learnings that can be adapted for our sellers
  • Work with large data sets to distill insights into sellers’ behaviour using data analytics tools (e.g. SQL, Python etc)
  • Develop a deep understanding of our sellers’ operations and needs, and to translate these insights into actionable requirements and recommendations
  • Project manage the roll-out and adoption of initiatives and features, including project initiation, launch & execution, and impact analysis
  • Conduct primary/secondary research and competitor analyses to understand and monitor evolving user needs and business opportunities


  • A Bachelor’s Degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics) or other applied quantitative fields with a strong analytical component
  • Strong data analytical skills sets; SQL and/or Python 
  • Interest to build broad capabilities in strategy, operations and data analytics in the e-commerce industry
  • Strong problem-solving skills, able to break down problems, draw insights from complex data and design practical and scalable solutions
  • Familiarity with various in-depth research and statistical analysis methods is highly preferred
  • Ability to perform in a high-pressure, fast-paced and growth-charged environment
